Synoptic Situation

Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A shallow westerly trough is likely to affect extreme northern parts of the country from tomorrow.

Tuesday

Dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while cold/ partly cloudy in the hilly areas.

Wednesday

Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while cold/ partly cloudy in the hilly areas. However, light rain-thunsrestorm may occur at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan. Day temperatures in the plain areas are expected to remain above normal.

Past 24 Hour Weather

Weather remained dry in most parts of the country, while cold in the hilly areas during the morning and night hours.
Today Lowest Minimum Temperatures Recorded: Leh -07, Skardu, Astore -02, Kalam, Gupis and Gilgit -01.
