  Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country during next 3 days. A fresh westerly wave is likely to enter western parts of the country on Tuesday and likely to grip upper parts on Wednesday and persist till Thursday.

Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while hot in Sindh. Rain-thunderstorm with gusty winds is expected  isolated places in Kohat and Bannu divisions.

SUNDAY

21-04-2019

Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while hot in Sindh. Dust-thunderstorm/rain is expected at isolated places in Peshawar, Kohat, Bannu, Hazara, Rawalpindi divisions and Kashmir.

MONDAY

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, Dust-thunderstorm/rain is expected at isolated places in Kohat, Bannu, Malakand, Quetta, Zhob divisions.

TUESDAY

Dust-thunderstorm/rain accompanied by strong gusty winds is expected at scattered paces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sargodha divisions and at isolated places in Quetta, Zhob, D G Khan, Rawalpindi divisions , Islamabad and Kashmir. Dry weather is expected in rest of the country.

Widespread dust-thunderstorm/rain accompanied by strong gusty winds (with few moderate to isolated heavy falls) is expected  in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, upper Punjab (Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Lahore divisions), Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir  and at scattered places in Quetta, Zhob, Sibbi, D G Khan, Multan, Sahiwal and Bahawalpur divisions. Hailstorm is also expected during the forecast period.

THURSDAY

Scattered dust-thunderstorm/rain accompanied by strong gusty winds (with few moderate to isolated heavy falls) is expected  in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Malakanad, Hazara, Mardan, Kohat, Peshawar divisions) Gilgit-Baltista, Kashmir, and at isolated places in Islamabad, upper Punjab (Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Faisalabad divisions),  Zhob, Bannu, D I Khan, Multan, Sahiwal and Bahawalpur divisions. Hailstorm is also expected during the forecast period.
